3. Payment Terms

Project Payments

• Payments are due according to milestone schedules or invoice terms (typically NET 15 days)
• A deposit of 25-50% may be required before project commencement
• Final payment is due before project delivery and handover
• All payments are processed in INR unless otherwise agreed

Late Payments & Disputes

• Late payments are subject to 3% monthly interest charge
• Overdue accounts may result in service suspension
• Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date

Client Content

You retain full ownership of all content you provide including text, images, logos, brand materials, and proprietary information.

Developed Work

• Websites/Applications: Full ownership transfers to client upon final payment completion
• Source Code: Provided to client upon project completion and final payment
• Design Assets: Original designs become client property after payment
• Third-Party Components: Subject to respective licenses and terms

We retain exclusive rights to:

• Our proprietary development methodologies and frameworks
• Marketing strategies, templates, and business processes
• Internal tools, systems, and operational procedures
• Company branding, trademarks, and intellectual property
